Before contacting STM about any issues please check out the FAQ's below. Most likely you can find the answer you are looking for.
1. When I attempt to log in I get an error message.
This is most often because you are using the wrong user name or password or your membership has expired. First log onto your PayWide account HERE and double check your log in info. Next,  clear your browser history so the incorrect info will be deleted. 
Another reason for error messages is invalid or expired memberships. To fix, rejoin.
2. How do I cancel?

4. When and how often does STM update?
This site updates once per week with at least 2 new photo sets. Updates are scheduled for Thursdays but are usually available late Wednesdays. Most updates include more than 2 sets and usually include a video.
5. Can I join with anything other than a VISA or MASTERCARD?
No, that's it.
6. Can I buy "custom" sets?
No.
7. Where can I find my user id?
Your user id is located on your membership receipt and also on your greeting letter.
